It's impossible to compete a lot in tennis if you can't deal with your frustration, otherwise you end up getting annoyed or breaking rackets. Exactly what happened to me at the start of my young career. Today with a little more hindsight, I understand how important it is to control your emotions and your frustration, it is a real mental training.
What is the one thing that you will never do again?
Frustration depends on the attitude you adopt towards tennis, the mistakes you make and to the results that one obtains, but that day in front of a cheater my words exceeded my thoughts. Looking back, I should have known how to control myself better, that's why a real work on the mind is imported if you want to play at a high level.
